APPRAISAL FORMS
  • The appraisal forms for print are used if you will not have access to a computer and printer during appointment/party.
  • Ensure to look up the current market price of gold and the US/Canadian exchange rates.
  • You will need 3 forms for each client, one Buyer Rep Form and two Customer Forms.
  • The Buyer Rep Form is for internal use only, not be given or shown to seller (client). This form is to filled in and filed with our copy of the Customer Form.
  • Two identical Customer Appraisal Forms are completed. Each is signed by the seller (client) and buyer (GOLDTORONTO.com Representative.
  • One copy of the Customer Appraisal Form is given to the seller (client), the other copy is filed with that seller's Buyer Rep Appraisal Form.

  • The electronic version of the Appraisal Forms is an excel workbook with the calculations and formulas precoded.
  • Only fill in the yellow shaded areas of the form, the rest will self calculate.
  • Ensure to look up the current market price of gold and the US/Canadian exchange rates and enter them into the form.
  • The first work sheet is the Buyer Rep Appraisal Form, for internal use only, not be given or shown to seller (client). Print or save a copy for each seller.
  • The second work sheet is the Customer Appraisal Form, it will be generated from the numbers, wieghts, and prices entered in the Buyer Rep Form.
  • Once the Customer Form is complete, print two copies, the forms are signed by the seller (client) and buyer (GOLDTORONTO.com Representative, and given to each person.
  • The Forms page layouts are pre-set to print one form per page. (In Excel, do not adjust Page Set-Up or Page Margins.)
